Mission Statement:

Kent County Emergency Medical Services (KCEMS) is a State-mandated Medical Control Authority that ensures an excellent system of pre-hospital care by facilitating collaboration and communication with all health care providers.

The staff of KCEMS in support of the Mission Statement will:

• For our customers (the public)-

• be and advocate for them

• champion the implementation of the highest possible standards

• ensure accountability by providers and agencies to the established standards

For our clients (the providers and agencies)-

• We will provide our services without prejudice and bias, acting as good stewards of allocated resources, addressing any need or concern with professionalism
